Elias is our son. He was born in 2016 to Ally (then a freelance writer) and Laura (then a trainee architect). When life threw a curveball or two, we pooled our skills and Elias&Co., our company, came to life.
Since launch, Elias&Co have worked with dozens of start-ups, scale-ups, agencies, retailers and financial institutions across the UK and Europe.

Laura Millar
Co-Founder – Design & Development
Former architect Laura switched career paths when Elias was born, deciding to focus on design & development. She’ll spend 14 hours wrestling with code, or trying to crack a brand.
It’s a determination that, some years ago, had her journey to a First-Class Honours when studying Architecture at Westminster University.
Ally Millar
Co-Founder – Strategy & Content
Former journalist Ally has worked in digital since 2007, when a BBC Dragon from the Den gifted him a business. It’s a strange story, but they say all roads lead to here.
Ally has ghost-written several books, devised strategy for top brands and supports content and copy for some of the best in their business.
